Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our pieces, we currently do not offer refunds. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos and a description. We will do our best to repair, replace, or offer an exchange where appropriate.
